Our developed modular construction meets specific sustainability standards that are seamlessly integrated into the overall property. In combination with a suitable location and compliance with universal sustainability criteria, our Hospitality & Living product is ready for certification at the highest level.

Government funding / subsidies

The Green Hospitality & Living product is designed to ensure that our projects achieve a high level of energy efficiency and can therefore receive government subsidies, provided that site-specific factors and the operation of the property make this possible.
